On the first day, I took the initiative to stop using insulin after sitting up straight and relaxing my internal qi, but my abdominal blood sugar was higher in the first three days, reaching more than 14mmol/L, but I was not afraid. In the meantime, I asked Mr. Yang to adjust the air separately every night to replenish qi. On the fourth day, my abdominal blood sugar dropped to 6.3 mmol/L. In the next few days, my fasting blood sugar basically hovered between 6.5 mmol/L and 6.9 mmol/L. According to medical standards, my age was normal.
? The first four days, it was also difficult to practice. I can't sit still in pain, and I find old problems one by one. As far as I know, these are all reactions, and everyone rushed over with their teeth clenched! It is not a problem to sit for an hour and a half now.
? 2. The original chest tightness symptoms rushed over on the fifth day; It turned out that the carotid artery was short of blood supply, so I rushed over several times when I came to study the next day, okay; I used to have high blood pressure at home. It's normal here!
? 3. Then the left hip bone was injured. After practicing punching in repeatedly here, 12 hardly responded. Well, it is safe to sit.
? Secondly, the sensitivity of signifiers is increasing.
? It turns out that when I was at home, my memory was poor, and sometimes I was looking for something with something. After this period of practice, I feel very clear-headed. Although I didn't do a good job in the bean sprout growth experiment in my class, I was also successful according to Teacher Yang's evaluation.
? Third, some experience.
? 1. Trust the teacher, the aura, and yourself. When I come back from home, I have such a belief that I will definitely do better in Xi 'an Anda Gas Field! When I came here, I completely integrated myself into the atmosphere, keeping pace with the teachers and the field. ? 2. When qi and blood are insufficient, you can supplement some ambiguous nutrition and find a teacher to adjust qi and blood in time, which can play a multiplier role.
? 3. We should be fully open to the collective consciousness, think more about teachers and friends, and share their worries and solve problems for them. This is openness in itself, and it is the openness of consciousness and form. When my new friends arrive, I will give them the most comfortable seats and cushions. After class in the evening, all the students are out, and I have to clean every corner of the classroom.
? We should study hard and pay close attention to all our spare time. The course is originally short, so you should master the training time by yourself. Every night and at noon, I take the initiative to add an hour of training.

? Because the training time here is short and there are too many things at home, the goal of completely solving physical problems has not been achieved. After going back, you should continue to practice, study hard, read more books and be more enlightened.
