Therefore, the demolition and expansion project of Xinhua Middle Road and the west section of Xinhua West Road can effectively reverse the traffic congestion of urban main roads, relieve the traffic pressure in urban areas, improve the traffic level in Chaoyang urban areas, drive the surrounding urban and rural economies and promote regional economic development.
