The World Investment Promotion Conference is hosted by Guangdong Provincial Government, undertaken by Meizhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and supported by Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, Taiwan Province Affairs Office of the State Council, All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and China Overseas Exchange Association. The purpose is to vigorously carry forward the spirit of hard work and self-improvement of businessmen and integrate with world culture. 1 Hakka is one of the famous great migration families in the world. For thousands of years, the industrious and brave Hakkas have worked hard and made progress all over the world, and a large number of "businessmen giants" and a new generation of successful businessmen have emerged. Meizhou, known as the "Hakka Capital of the World", is the main gathering place of Hakkas and the main birthplace of world businessmen. In order to further strengthen the contact, exchange and cooperation between merchants at home and abroad and chambers of commerce, Meizhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government proposed to hold the World Merchants Conference, which was jointly organized by other guest regions and some well-known merchants groups at home and abroad.
