1, choose a legal off-campus training institution.
Remember to "see five things clearly" when choosing an off-campus training institution;
If the license is complete, the "certificate" refers to the school license of People's Republic of China (PRC) and People's Republic of China (PRC), and the "photo" refers to the business license issued by the industrial and commercial or market supervision department or the registration certificate of private non-enterprise units issued by the civil affairs department. The license address must be consistent with the actual school address;
Second, whether the teacher information is open, that is, whether the teaching teacher has the teaching qualification stipulated by the state;
Third, see whether the training program and the fee refund system are publicized;
Fourth, whether there is an agreement (contract) that clearly stipulates the rights and obligations of both parties, such as training objectives, content, time, teachers, fees, refunds, liability for breach of contract, dispute resolution, etc.;
Fifth, see if there is a legal tax invoice, and whether the name of the institution on the invoice is consistent with the name of the industrial and commercial registration.
Don't believe in false propaganda.
According to the document Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Standardizing the Development of Off-campus Training Institutions (Guo Ban Fa [2065438+08] No.80), off-campus training institutions must have a relatively stable team of teachers and may not employ in-service teachers in primary and secondary schools.
Some institutions recruit students under the banner of "first-line primary and secondary school teachers, famous teachers and college experts teach in person", and exaggerate the training effect, promising "you can enter a prestigious school after the training", "you will get a refund if you don't enter" and "promise to get points", misleading and deceiving students and parents.
3. Carefully sign service contracts.
In the process of selecting education and training institutions, purchasing courses and paying fees, improve legal awareness and ability to safeguard rights.
First, when purchasing education and training services, we should sign a standardized "Off-campus Training Service Contract for Primary and Secondary School Students" with the institution;
Second, try to save relevant bills, sign-in forms and other evidence materials during the performance of the contract, so as to protect rights in case of disputes;
The third is to avoid paying a large amount of tuition fees in advance at one time, resist the temptation of promotion such as "buy one year and get one year free" and "enjoy preferential treatment in advance", and avoid institutional closure or "running away", resulting in economic losses. Training institutions shall not charge a one-time fee that spans more than 3 months.
I hope that parents will carefully choose off-campus training institutions and not be confused by the false propaganda of merchants.
At the same time, the most important thing is to consider children's hobbies, arrange children's study time reasonably, and combine work and rest to achieve the best results.
Based on the field trip, I hope I can help you.
