The vitality coaching technology has gone from the first stage to the third stage, and now it is coming to an end. I think my biggest progress is: I am more confident. Now self-confidence radiates from the inside out, and I am more confident in doing things.

Second, the ability to speak has improved.

Li Xiaolai said that modern people must have two abilities: writing ability and speaking ability. In fact, when I signed up for the course, I didn't expect this effect at all. As Sister Xiaonan said, when we read a book, we shouldn't expect to remember everything in it. As long as there is even one sentence in it that affects you, reading this book is meaningful. So, my study is the same. I just tried, but I didn't expect an unexpected surprise. Li Xiaolai called it a pleasant surprise.

It was at this year's company annual meeting that I suddenly realized my progress. At this year's annual meeting of the company, I decided to read poems in Chinese and English, and I wrote the manuscript myself, because I was not busy at the end of the year, and the preparation work took about two days. Other departments started preparations about half a month ago. I don't want to highlight anything, I just want to say that I will never get stage fright again, and I have done a good job in both rehearsal and formal performance. I began to recall my changes in the past six months. In fact, when I first started the first course, I was still so nervous that I forgot my words. In the second stage, it will be fine; In the third stage, you can basically play at any time.

Third, the thinking is clearer.

This should be combined with the previous speaking ability. Now every time I speak in the company or on other occasions, I just need to figure out which points I need to talk about, so I can share them easily.

Fourth, you can adjust your mood quickly.

Teacher Hu said that our emotions are like a pendulum, with negative emotions on the left and positive emotions on the right. We can't be full of energy 365 days a year, but we can shorten the time of emotional adjustment through self-awareness. For example, if you are unhappy before, you will be depressed for a week, and then you can adjust your mood for almost a few seconds in the next three days. I think it will take a few minutes to adjust my mood when I encounter difficulties, and then I will immediately enter the state of preparation and think about ways to solve the problem.

Fifth, we have got some best friends.

"Best friend" is interpreted by Baidu as referring to a person's particularly good friend. Compared with ordinary friends, it values righteousness more than affection. Through the course, I have gained 20 best friends, who come from all over the country, and sincerity is synonymous with them. As a team, we have created many miracles and created many impossibilities together. During the period, I also cultivated deep feelings. Thanks to the support and encouragement of my best friend and coach, I can keep going.

Generally speaking, 20 17 can make such great progress, on the one hand, because of the course, on the other hand, because I like to think about problems, on the other hand, I read many other books last year and broadened my knowledge, so I am also very grateful to the reading club. Under this multiple collision, I made a series of changes.

Now, my relationship with my parents has been greatly improved, and I am finally able to have a good conversation and get along with them, which is quite gratifying. Now I am more peaceful, more patient and like the present state.

In fact, I have been thinking, since online education is so developed, why do we need offline education? During this time, I have the answer. Because the atmosphere and visual impact of offline education are greater, the shock is more violent than books and audio. As Teacher Li Xiaolai said, "It is very important to meet real people, and it is more important to meet real people." So offline education still has its rationality.

She said that some people in her company had already signed up. I think if time permits, I can sign up for the first course to experience it. However, it is very important to remember the empty cup mentality in class. I also looked it up on the internet before class, and there were different opinions. Everyone should have their own judgment. If you do everything with your heart, you will get different results.
