1, hand-over before work, mainly to understand the following issues:
A: What's unusual about the shift change?
B: those things haven't been dealt with yet? Need to follow up with QC.
c； Which products have had customer complaints and which products have had major anomalies?
D: Has that set of molds been repaired or modified?
E: Which models have special inspection requirements?
2. First check each set of equipment one by one:
a； The first inspection mainly confirms the size, structure, appearance, color, assembly and testing of the product.
B: The main basis for product inspection is SOP. SIP, drawings and samples.
c； After stopping the machine, repairing the mold, changing the operator and adjusting the molding parameters, it is necessary to confirm the confirmation of the first product again.
3. Inspect each machine as required.
a； For model 3 products of 1, check the product size, structure, appearance and color one by one. b； In the process of inspection, products with major anomalies and customer complaints should be strictly inspected.
c； Confirm the operator's operation method during inspection. Pay attention to new employees.
d； When a new product is produced for the first time, it is necessary to clearly understand the inspection standards.
e； For a large number of scrapped products, production improvement must be notified immediately.
f； Any abnormal situation that cannot be handled should be reported in time.
4. Sampling inspection
a； Sampling shall be carried out in strict accordance with GB2828 Normal Sampling.
B: Sampling inspection is the confirmation of product quality, which has certain risks, so the sampling inspection method should be reasonable. c； For new employees' products, the number of sampling inspections should be strengthened.
d； For products produced by employees with poor quality awareness, it is necessary to strengthen sampling inspection.
e； The packaging method of the product should be confirmed.
f； All abnormal situations that cannot be handled within half an hour will be deleted from the abnormal quality contact table.
5. Exception handling methods;
