1. Open the Start Menu-Devices and Printers, or open the Control Panel-Devices and Printers.

2. Select the printer that has been installed before, and right-click-Printer Properties.

3. Select the Port tab in the printer properties window, and then click Configure Port.

4. You can modify the port name, printer name or IP address in the port setting window. Selection protocol: the laser printer is RAW, and the stylus printer is LPR (generally keep the default).

5. If it is a stylus printer, the queue name is required in LPR settings. When there are multiple stylus printers on the same network, the LPR queue names of network printers cannot be the same.

6. Of course, you can also add ports and delete ports in the printer property settings window.

7. Click the Advanced tab of the printer property setting interface to make other settings, as shown in the figure below:
