1. Click Start-Control Panel-Security Center -Windows Firewall. 2. Click Exception-Add Port. 3. Select UDP to enter the port name and port number to add, and then click OK. 4. You can see that the port you just added is already displayed in the name of "Programs and Services", and then click OK. 5. Just shut down and restart the computer.
Every time you allow an exception to a program or open a port to enable it to communicate through a Windows firewall, your computer becomes more vulnerable.
