Step 1: Take Netease mailbox as an example, click Tools, select an account, enter account settings, and click New.

Step 2: Select "Microsoft Exchang, POP3, IMAP or HTTP" and click "Next".

Step 3: directly select "Manually configure server settings or other server types" and click "Next".

Step 4: Select "Internet Mail" and click "Next".

Step 5: E-mail address :test@abc.com;

Account type: POP3；;

Receiving mail server: pop.qiye.163.com; ;

Sending mail server: smtp.qiye.163.com; ;

User name :test@abc.com;

Step 6: Click "Other Settings". Under "Sending Server", select "My sending server (smtp) needs authentication" and "Use the same settings as the incoming mail server".

Step 7: Click "Advanced". The port number of the receiving server is 1 10 and the port number of the sending server is 25.

If SSL encryption is required, the port number of the receiving server is 995, and the encryption connection type is selected as "SSL"; Sending server port number: 994, and select "SSL" as the encryption connection type.

Step 8: Test the account after "OK".
