However, unlike people's subjective impression, in many film and television works, Qin Qiong's combat weapon is a double mace, and even on door paintings, he holds a double mace in his hand. In Dan Tianfang's "Lao Zi storytelling", Qin Qiong was also mentioned: "Qin Qiong rode all over the banks of the Yellow River, defeated 100 counties in Kyushu, Shanxi, and held up half the sky in Shandong."

However, according to real historical records, Qin Qiong used a horse instead of a double mace. The best evidence of Qin Qiong's use of stables is recorded in the Book of the New Tang Dynasty, "Uncle Bao bravely used stables, but the thieves were outnumbered".
