Scones are made of self-raising flour, sugar, milk, butter (which can be omitted) and water. After they are fully mixed, they can be fried in a pot with low fire. When bubbles appear on the surface, it can be reversed, and then fried until the scones swell slightly before serving. A well-fried pancake needs the same color on both sides.
