(six) all kinds of outdoor advertising must be equipped with lighting facilities;

(eight) the outdoor advertisements approved for installation and release must be completed within the prescribed time limit according to the approved items, contents and forms. Outdoor advertising (except neon lights) shall clearly indicate the name of the setting unit.

Four, all kinds of outdoor advertising, promotional materials and night lighting facilities should be made of high-quality materials, set up firmly, to ensure no security risks. If advertisements, promotional materials and night lighting facilities collapse or fall off, causing personal injury or property loss to others, their creators shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

Five, according to the provisions of the outdoor advertising (including the media), in addition to urban planning, construction and urban management bureau according to special circumstances need to be adjusted, no unit or individual may illegally occupy, dismantle or cover or damage. If it must be demolished due to special needs such as urban construction, the Municipal Urban Management Bureau shall notify the setting unit to dismantle and clean it unconditionally within the prescribed time limit.
