The aim of the association is to "promote safe, normal and economical air transport, promote air traffic and study related issues, so as to benefit the people of the world"; "Ways to provide cooperation for air transport enterprises directly or indirectly engaged in international air transport"; "Cooperation with ICAO and other international organizations".
