Fourteenth relevant associations and organizations shall, in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and articles of association, provide production safety information and training services for production and business units, play a self-discipline role, and promote production and business units to strengthen production safety management.
Article 15 Institutions established according to law to provide technical and management services for production safety shall, in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and industry standards, accept the entrustment of production and business operation entities to provide technical and management services for their work safety.
Where a production and business operation entity entrusts an institution specified in the preceding paragraph to provide safe production technology and management services, the responsibility for ensuring safe production shall be borne by the entity.
Article 16 The State implements the system of investigating the responsibility for production safety accidents, and investigates the legal responsibilities of the units and personnel responsible for production safety accidents in accordance with this Law and relevant laws and regulations.
