1. Basic principles of two-color injection mold design;

When ordering the mold blank, it should be indicated that it is a two-color mold blank, and the four guide posts, guide sleeves and frame are symmetrical. After rotating 180 degrees, the rear mold can match the front mold.

16. If it's a set of two-color molds, it's a straight barrel with a 90-degree' gun barrel. It doesn't need to be rotated, but only needs a mold core. The separation method of soft glue and hard glue depends on the line position to seal the glue.

The punch/die in two positions of the rotary injection mold should be consistent in size and accuracy, and should be well matched with the die/punch. When the ejection and demoulding mechanism on the two-color injection molding machine cannot be used, a hydraulic ejection and demoulding mechanism must be set on the turntable.
