Tianquanzhai 1
Located in Liuji Village, Tonggu Town, the local people used to call it Tonggu Village, and its shape and layout still have the style of ancient villages. Along the winding mountain, the village built a 18 thick Lizhai wall around it. There are four gates, Dong 'an, Nanzhi, Xiji and Beiqing. There is a closed warehouse door at the entrance of the village, and five gates are eyeing up to Zhaishan Road. At present, the west gate is the most completely preserved.
There is also a watchtower gate in Tonggu Shanzhai, which was built for defense in the early years of the Republic of China. The watchtower gate is 2.2m high and1.27m wide. It is made of stone with a thickness of about 30 cm, with clear handwriting and well-preserved door frames. It says, "But you only need to go up one flight of stairs to broaden your view of 300 miles".
Nowadays, the bluestone road in Tonggu Shanzhai is well preserved, still inhabited, and streets and lanes are formed, especially the special stone steps in the village, which divide dozens of families on the narrow street that passes through the village into streets and streets.
2. Wanling Ancient Town
Formerly known as Lukong Town, an ancient town prospered by water transportation, was famous for producing palace tribute honey as early as the Southern Song Dynasty. In addition, the Laixi River near the town is a waterway transportation channel, where businessmen often meet and gradually form a market called Lukongchang, which has a history of more than 300 years.
Wanling Ancient Town is the fifth batch of "China Famous Historical and Cultural Towns" in China, and it still retains many cultural relics such as Huguang Guild Hall, "Yu Palace", Yu Maojian Memorial Hall, Zhao Ancestral Hall and Darongzhai. In particular, Darongzhai, after more than 200 years, although the old look has changed, its heritage still exists, which is quite spectacular.
Wanling Ancient Town is a water pier that is flourishing with water, and Laixi River winds through the middle of the ancient town. The ancient Rong Da Bridge over the river is worth a visit. Built in Zhengde period of Ming Dynasty, it is a stone flat bridge, spanning the east and west banks of Laixi River, with a total length of 116m and a width of1,75m. After a hundred years of wind and rain, it is still well preserved, and it is still the only way for residents of ancient towns to travel.
The old streets of Ming and Qing dynasties in the ancient town have a long ancient rhyme so far. Most of the buildings in the old street were built in the Qing Dynasty, and a few of them belonged to that generation. The Nagato, wooden wall, bucket wall, lattice window and eaves gallery outside are all architectural styles of Ming and Qing Dynasties.
3. Jingtang village
Located in the east of Hebao Town, Rongchang District, Chongqing, it is a rural community with rich cultural atmosphere and a way of returning to nature, which makes people slow down and heal their hearts. Wamigou, a local village with a size of 16 yards, is a key project of rural revitalization and community construction, and it is a micro-village with the theme of garden village, which is worth visiting.
Maker Center has also been built in the village, which is a multifunctional open space integrating rural construction, cultural display, office enjoyment, creative exchange, conference salon, leisure reading and youth hostel.
Zhenyuan Church in the village is the only well-preserved brick-wood Gothic building in Chongqing and the only Romanesque church with two bell towers in southwest China. It mainly consists of three parts: the chapel, the bell tower and the residence of the clergy. 20 16 was selected as the first batch of excellent historical buildings in Chongqing.
