Answer customers' credit card-related business questions and provide professional services to customers.
Responsibilities: Responsible for contacting credit card customers who spend a lot of money in the bank, maintaining them directionally, handling the bill installment business for them, and answering other questions of customers.
Requirements:
1, college degree or above, and those with excellent ability can relax their academic requirements.
2. Can speak standard Mandarin with standard pronunciation and clear articulation.
3. Good listening, strong language expression and communication skills.
4. Knowledge of call center industry is preferred.
