The "First Secretary" working group consists of five comrades: Guo Meng, Jin Zhanlong, Li Dongyu, Zhang Lei and Cui Jianfeng. Because Guotun Town was poor and backward in the past, a number of precision poverty alleviation projects were launched after the "First Secretary" working group was in place. The town built 55 early spring arches, 4 vegetable greenhouses, 500 acres of apple orchards and high-quality long-haired rabbit breeding bases with industrial poverty alleviation funds, and adopted the "cooperative+poor households" model to drive the masses to develop planting and breeding; Implement the model of "leading enterprises+poor households" to solve the employment problem of the masses; Promote e-commerce to help the poor, build two village-level Taobao service stations and 1 e-commerce training bases, so that online goods can go to the countryside and agricultural products can enter the city. These projects effectively combined with the actual situation of Guotun Town, and brought Guotun Town closer to the outside world, which greatly promoted the development of Guotun Town. These achievements must be inseparable from the efforts of the "First Secretary" working group and their far-sighted vision.
