Management positions are divided into 10 grades, that is, one to ten staff positions. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Personnel, the current ministerial posts, ministerial deputy posts, department-level posts, department-level deputy posts, department-level deputy posts, department-level deputy posts, department-level deputy posts, clerks and clerks in public institutions correspond to one to ten management posts respectively.
The Ministry of Personnel issued the "Trial Measures for the Management of Post Setting in Public Institutions", clarifying that posts in public institutions are divided into three categories:
1, the current ministerial chief, ministerial deputy, departmental chief, departmental deputy, departmental chief, departmental deputy, departmental chief, departmental deputy, clerk and clerk correspond to management positions from one to ten levels respectively;
2. Professional and technical posts are divided into 13 grades, including senior posts, intermediate posts and junior posts;
3, senior technicians, technicians, senior workers, intermediate workers, junior workers, respectively, in turn, corresponding to one to five levels of ground skills.
