At that time, I happened to be in Beijing, studying in the Central Institute of Education and Management, so one afternoon Zhang Li invited me to his house for dinner. When I got to his house, it was past 5 pm, and my sister-in-law was still busy in the kitchen, so I began to think about melody.

According to Zhang Li's request, the rising melody' 51235 …' is not the rising melody, but the falling melody' 56543215 ……' unexpectedly found the main theme at once, and all composers knew it. I found the main theme, which can be unfolded in less than 20 minutes.

Qin Lao said: After it was created, Zhang Li kept it in his pocket for half a year. Once Zhang Li went to Guangxi, she kept thinking about words on the way, so that cigarette butts burned a hole in the pillow of the sleeper without noticing it.

When I arrived in Guangxi, I stayed in a guest house, got up early the next morning and opened the window. There is a mountain in front of me, and there is a river under it. The beautiful scenery suddenly opened his inspiration, so the words' I and my motherland can't be separated for a moment'. Everywhere I go, there are hymns flowing out. I sang about every mountain, every river ... and suddenly I caught his eye.
