The steps to change the horizontal column into the vertical column in the EXCEL table are as follows:

1. Select the data to be converted, click the right mouse button and select Copy, or use the shortcut key Ctrl+C directly. .

2. Select horizontal data.

3. Select the cell where you want to place the vertical column, and click the right mouse button to select the Paste Special option.

4. Select transpose in the pop-up dialog box and click OK.
