Baidu Encyclopedia shows that Changning City, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Hunan Province, was once managed by Hengyang City. In the first year of Tianbao in the Tang Dynasty (742), Changning City was established as a county, and/kloc-0 was approved by the State Council in 1996. Changning City is the hometown of camellia oleifera in China, the hometown of Chinese fir and bamboo, a city with free public transportation, the second batch of county-level cities with comprehensive commercial administrative law enforcement pilot in China, and the third batch of resource-exhausted cities in China. It has been selected into the pilot area for the integration and development of rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, the hometown of folk culture and art in China, and the area with obvious results in real work. Br> The tourist attractions in Changning include the "Yinshan Mountain in China" national 3A-level cultural tourist scenic spot, Tiantangshan National Forest Park, and the provincial geological park in front of the temple. Paradise Mountain and Qian Miao were rated as national and provincial characteristic tourist towns respectively.
