The slogan of this year's Nurses' Day is "to create a good practice environment and provide quality nursing services". As a nurse in Zibo Wanjie Cancer Hospital, we hold activities in the International Nurses' Day every year. Last year, the hospital held a celebration and commendation meeting on why. The conference first awarded honorary certificates to "excellent head nurses" and "excellent nurses". The commended 13 nurses were selected from 120 nurses in our hospital. They stick to their posts, work hard in ordinary and subtle nursing work, and show the good medical image of Wanjie Hospital with superb technology and excellent service.
