When we have a deep understanding of something, we can usually write down our own experience, which can help us analyze the causes of the problem and find out the solutions. So what is a good experience? The following is a selection of my three experiences in outward bound training, hoping to help you.
On August 5th, our company successfully held a wonderful outward bound training in xxx Paradise Outbound Training Base. The cheerful warm-up match kicked off the training. A seemingly simple project in the process, but not every team can successfully complete it. This team shows our passion, wisdom, friendship and responsibility, and I believe their tomorrow will be better.
Extended training punishment game:
First, pinch your waist with your right hand, bend over with your left finger, move your body horizontally to the left, and call me a big kettle. Do you want a drink? Turn around.
Two or so men, with guns in their hands, walked forward and fired in all directions, banging their mouths at the same time.
Third, the little finger of the right thumb is straight up, the left hand is bent together, the palm is down, the left leg is circled, and the tongue is extended to the left.
When I was standing in the sky, I was really scared. I just thought of giving up, and with the active encouragement of the coach, I finally finished it smoothly! ! Man's greatest enemy is actually himself, which is the main internal cause, while others are external causes. Only by defeating yourself can everything be possible! Look at the mighty broken bridge at high altitude. I have stepped on it calmly, broken the bridge at high altitude, jumped and turned beautifully. Never had a high-altitude jump, tension, excitement, breakthrough, in everyone's encouragement and refueling, beyond themselves. I am afraid of heights and have adapted to the training of this project.
In less than 17 minutes, more than forty of us climbed a graduation wall that was once unattainable in front of us. When all of us stood in front of the graduation wall and looked at the wall that was three times taller than us, we felt that we couldn't get through at all. The graduation wall is a human wall. Rain and tears gather on everyone's face, and the whole sad process hits the heart directly, not tired, not moved, but baptized. Hugging together and crying, a team and a family. However, in the end, only the first winner got the help of the coach, because we are a team, we should unite, I believe we can!
After the Outward Bound, all of us overcame every Outward Bound and sincerely enjoyed the cooperation with the team members! Thank you for your cheers and tears. Outward bound training made me meet a group of new friends, trusting and encouraging each other. It feels great! I'm heavy, thank you very much. Everyone's best self is the team's greatest victory. "This is the deepest feeling of all the players in the whole outward bound training process, and it is also the feeling of integrating into the new working environment in the future. Thanks to my team and the people who helped us along the way.
A few days ago, our class went to Changqing for a week-long military training.
The next day, our class conducted outward bound training in the quality education base.
In the morning, after breakfast, we started training. The "green corridor" baptized by autumn wind is fresh and refreshing. In the drizzle, the extended training teacher led us to the lawn. The first thing to start is to walk a tightrope and climb a ladder.
After the teacher demonstrated, we started to walk the tightrope from the second group. I saw Wang Guangyu leading the way. Each student clasped the double columns with both hands, and walked forward carefully with a figure-of-eight step. The girl next to him was shouting. Suddenly, someone accidentally shook the handrail. Wang Guangyu and several students behind him staggered, and everyone's heart suddenly caught in their ears. Finally, I didn't hold on. I fell off the wire and fell on the protective net below. Everyone sighed with regret. Fortunately, the regiment was not completely annihilated, and Wang Jiazhen and other students behind it passed safely.
It's our group's turn. Teacher Zhang Jun walked in front of me, and I was the leader, followed closely. He walked very fast and soon reached the other side of the bridge. Then he shook the handrail hard and shook us all. Many students rushed, and I was not spared. Oh, what a pity.
The next step is ladder training. It's really simple to watch the students in front pass smoothly. It's my turn, but I'm inexplicably nervous The ladder has no handrails and the boards are narrow, which makes it dangerous to shake. I stepped on it carefully and made small steps forward. Near the middle, the ladder shook badly. I keep my feet stable and try to balance in the teacher's.
System prompt, hold your breath and stride to the first one ... I finally succeeded! The joy in my heart was hard to hide, and I giggled. ...
In the afternoon, the teacher took us to do some other outdoor activities: climbing bridges and drilling mazes ... very interesting.
This day is very meaningful and will remain in my beautiful memory forever.
Outward Bound Experience Selection 3 3 It is a great honor to participate in the company's outdoor outward bound training. The short two-day outdoor development training is over, but my heart is still surging and I am still moved by it. On the training ground, the fighting and cooperation between the Flying Tigers and the hunters, the unity and cooperation within the group, the full cooperation of all the players, and the personal self-challenge. , all staged "success" and "failure"; Chen helped each of our team members complete the training task, and pointed out the direction of thinking and action for us.
At the beginning of the training, coach Chen has already prepared a series of trainings, such as "team formation, needing support in front, passing books by sentry, trusting back wrestling, watermelon boxing, eyebrow piercing, breaking ice, password analysis, blind phalanx, getting up together, bonfire party, advancing and retreating together, and graduating from the wall". Everything is serious and responsible, proactive, go all out and unite as one. If you take a serious and responsible attitude towards everything you do, plus proactive passion and all-out action, you can sum up experiences and lessons from reality, improve your own ability and quality, and make greater contributions to the unit and society. Over time, you will quickly show a different self and a different collective.
We have 28 players, and the sorting team has appointed a captain, a vice captain and a happy baby. Within a few minutes after grouping, members of each group brainstormed, determined the team name, team line, slogan and team song, and conducted PK through group display, which made people feel the shock of team strength. "Need support ahead" PK, coach Chen asked that there was a big battle ahead that needed support, and all of us would ask what we needed. He said that we needed two belts, and the teammates took them off without thinking and put them between the starting point and the end point. Now we need socks, take them off quickly, need people, in order to shorten the distance, the players lie down and so on. Finally, our Flying Tigers were the first to reach the finish line. Feel the joy of victory, and you will get what you pay. Standing on a platform higher than people, I really feel scared. In fact, fear does not come from the height of the platform that trusts the back, but from the way a person falls straight and backwards! "Are the players ready? Always ready. I remember standing among them before I came out of the stage. They shook me and called my name and said "Come on" and "Come on", which moved me inexplicably. With trust, confidence and courage, I feel relieved and my inner fears are reduced a lot. After trusting in the back throw, we formed a circle to share our feelings about this training program. It is generally realized that mutual trust between people and team members is the basis for doing work and doing business. Without trust, everything will become empty talk.
"Graduation wall" rule: No one can talk, no one can climb the wall except the captain's order, and no one can help. I looked at the escape wall of more than 4 meters and said how it was possible to go up. I'm afraid of going up when I look at it. I have to go up. Watch the first player step on the player's legs and shoulders to the second person's shoulders, and the second person stands up slowly on the next person's shoulders and sends the first person up. Watching the players go up like this, I bravely went up, as if my heart was gone. When I came down from above and watched this scene, tears suddenly flowed out and I couldn't tell my feelings. This is how we step on the shoulders of the players one by one. They kept on saying nothing, their faces turned red and their arms turned red. They know what will happen. The people who went up came down and began to return to zero, because we had made the rules twice before. The last two people just fucked each other. The man above grabbed the first man's hand, and the last man pulled the first man's foot, so that the man above was pulled up desperately. This "escape wall" has become our "graduation wall", all shoulder to shoulder, with hands on the shoulders of the players next to them. Some people cried long ago, and the coach said a lot. They are human walls. When they see their shoulders trampled like this, some of them are peeling off and they don't complain. Everyone cried, and everyone gave a hug "Come on". Perhaps, the immediate difficulties are not terrible. The terrible thing is that our inner fears constantly amplify the degree of difficulty. This is not afraid of hardship, but also the strength of the team. Very strong.
Subsequently, we conducted "Cryptanalysis", which left a deep impression on me. Because there is no good communication between groups, they don't understand the direction and are confused. Soon, the 30-minute game time was over. As a result, it was terrible. No sooner had our Flying Tigers turned to the number 3 than we lost. I think each of us has a loss. We were as busy as a bee, and before we knew it, the task was a complete failure. Should we learn from it in our work and collective life? I won't say much, leave a little for my players to say.
In work and collective life, we are all members of the team. We should always have the spirit of mutual assistance and cooperation. We can take every task seriously and try our best to complete it. Through this outward bound training, I deeply realized that the strength of the team is enormous and success belongs to every member of the team. Without the cooperation and joint efforts of every member of the team, many things are difficult to complete. Secondly, difficulties are real, but they often expand in imagination. Overcoming yourself is the first step to success! The third is to communicate more and share more. Good ideas and ideas can be perfected in communication. The fourth is to learn to put yourself in the other's shoes, think from another angle, understand more and care more. Leave the outward bound training and return to a broader working environment. As long as we regard every job in the outward bound training as a challenge with team spirit, there will be no insurmountable difficulties and problems. I believe our tomorrow will be better!
