(six) the legal certificate of the place manager, the identity certificate of the legal representative, the administrative license for fire control in the place or the legal documents for filing and spot checking;

(seven) to provide proof of the lease or loan agreement of the activity place or the approval document of the occupation of public places and roads;

(eight) in accordance with the provisions, it shall be approved by the relevant competent department in advance, and submit the relevant approval documents;

(nine) other materials related to the safety work of holding large-scale activities.

Article 22 The plan of large-scale activities and related explanations shall specify: the organizer, organizer, co-organizer, sponsor, time, place, theme, slogan, content, process, participants, important guests, residence, media, parking lot, functional area division, general plan, audience seating chart, etc.

(seven) traffic organization and management measures and traffic organization diagram, including the number of vehicles expected to participate in the activity, the setting, location, capacity, signs, guiding signs, corridor diagram, parking and management measures, as well as traffic diversion, guidance and control measures;

(eight) on-site order maintenance and personnel guidance measures;

(nine) basic information such as the unit, number, interview area and guiding measures of news media reporters who intend to participate in the live interview of the event;
