1. How is the work going?

(1) Arrange deployment in time. 111in late October, our bureau attached great importance to the document [20 19] No.20 issued by the National Theme Education Office, and the secretary of the Party Committee of the bureau immediately gave instructions, demanding that the 2019 annual theme life meeting and democratic appraisal of all branches of traffic organs be done in time according to the spirit of the document. Clarify the time schedule, work content and organizational leadership, and require all party branches to carefully write a debriefing report in a timely manner against the list of issues. The debriefing report should closely focus on the implementation of the spirit of the national, provincial and state organizational work conferences, focus on improving organizational strength, clearly explain the measures, highlights and shortcomings of party building, realistically summarize achievements, objectively analyze existing problems, and seriously study and put forward solutions and measures to solve problems. ?

(2) Seriously carry out debriefing. There are four sub-bureaus under our bureau. Since February 65438, special organization life meetings have been held one after another to actively carry out democratic appraisal in party member. On February 2nd, 65438, the Road Administration Sub-bureau took the lead in holding a meeting; on February 6th, 65438, the Transportation Management Sub-bureau held a meeting; on February 6th, 65438, 65438, the First and Second Sub-bureaus of the State Administration also held special meetings. Four Party branch secretaries made a report on their work to the General Assembly, reporting on the study and implementation of the spirit of the 19th National Congress, the theme education of "Do not forget your initiative mind, Remember the Mission" and the work of grass-roots party building in the past year. At the same time, according to the standards, from their respective ideological and political performance and work situation, especially in strictly observing the party's discipline and implementing the party's line, principles and policies, they carried out criticism and self-criticism. Members of the bureau team attending the meeting made on-the-spot comments on the party building work, generally affirmed the secretary's debriefing, and said that they should do a good job through debriefing exchange and democratic appraisal, and give full play to the role of the party branch as a fighting fortress and party member as a vanguard and exemplary role. After self-summary, mutual evaluation by party member, comments by bureau leaders and democratic evaluation, all party member evaluated 3 outstanding party workers, 8 outstanding party member/KLOC-0, and 98 qualified party member.

By carrying out the debriefing and evaluation of the party building work of branch secretaries, this paper reviews and summarizes the party building work of government organs in the past year and has achieved certain results. However, there are still many gaps with the requirements of the last party organization and the expectations of the masses, mainly in the following aspects: First, the grass-roots party building work in the industry is not focused enough, the thinking is not clear enough, the visits are not frequent enough, the intensity is not strong enough, and there is still room for improvement. Second, the basic party affairs work account still needs to be improved.

(A) scientific planning of grassroots party building work. Further clarify the thinking of work, strengthen the consciousness that "it is dereliction of duty to fail to grasp party building, and incompetence to grasp it badly", persist in studying and deploying the party building work of branches together with the Party Committee and Working Committee of the Bureau, supervise and implement it together, sum up and evaluate it together, and make overall consideration of ideology, organization, style, anti-corruption and system construction, and shift from general guidance such as issuing documents at meetings to grasping the root, laying a solid foundation and strengthening the foundation, from superficial deployment to making demands?

(2) continue to take political construction as the guide and improve the level of party building work. Next year, grass-roots party building work should adhere to the party's political construction as the guide, improve the party building system as the starting point, and comprehensively promote party building. It is necessary to strengthen ideological and political education, strive to get rid of formalism and bureaucracy, do the work in detail, and do not engage in "show"; Strengthen ideological work, urge party member to apply the software of "learning to strengthen the country", organize regular study of theoretical articles and party spirit education videos, and hold the ideological "position"; Implement the political responsibility of party building, take doing a good job in party building as the greatest achievement and political responsibility, and further enhance the sense of political responsibility and mission to speak for, worry about and serve the party.

(3) Take the standardized construction of the branch as the starting point, give full play to the fortress role of the branch, highlight and strengthen the political function of the branch, and shoulder the responsibility of education, management and supervision in party member. Make use of the effective carrier of "three meetings and one lesson" to hold "three meetings and one lesson" on time and regularly, so as to report before the meeting, strictly follow the process during the meeting and collect good information after the meeting; Enrich the carrier of party building activities and enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the branch.
