Bidding project construction application process
1. The construction unit of the project department will assign a project leader to the designated construction applicant to receive the registration form. In some places, the construction applicant is the local construction administrative department, and some are designated authorized institutions.
2. Fill in according to the record format and the actual situation of the project department, and pay attention to ensure the accuracy of the plan.
3. Submit the completed registration form for construction application to the supervisor of the construction unit for review, and sign and seal it at the corresponding position.
4. Submit the signed registration form, project approval documents, project planning permit, land use permit certificate, investment permit certificate of the construction unit and proof of funds to the construction application department.
5. The construction application department shall review the information provided by the construction unit, sign the construction proposal after examination and approval, and return the registration form to the construction unit. Even if the construction application process is completed, the construction unit can start to enter the construction drawing review link.

1, 1 application form for construction project (approval of contract awarding method) and filing form of construction bidding organization form (original).
2. 1 copy of construction project approval (copy).
3. Planning Permit (copy) 1 copy.
4. 1 copy of construction drawing design document review certificate (copy).
5. Proof of funds meeting the construction requirements (original) 1 copy. (Project fund certificate (development project) or 50% or 30% a year)
