Magic Forest (English name: Magic Forest; German name: Zauberwald) is located in Ramsau, a border town between Germany and Austria. It is located between Hintersee (a dammed lake caused by landslide) and Marx Canyon, one of the three major lakes in this area. Formed 3500-4000 years ago, with an area of about 0.75 square kilometers. Now you can walk through the forest, and the forest path follows the branch of Hintersee. Birds and flowers are singing in the stream, which is suitable for walking. Zauberwald was named in 19 in the 1920s and 1930s, and it is called magic forest because of its landscaped scenery and romantic atmosphere created by forests and streams. Later, it gradually developed into a famous tourist scenic spot, and there were tourist introduction boards simulated as drawing boards on the roadside. Take bus No.846 from Bestiggarten and get off at Ramsau Oberweit or Ramsau Kirche, and you will see the hiking entrance. Besides, there are many entrances along the way. Walking time is between 1.5-2.5 hours. The scenery there is different all year round. The spring is full, and the flowers are in full bloom, which makes people reluctant to go; In summer, there are blue sky and white clouds, green water and blue waves; Autumn, full of red leaves, morning mist and sunset; In winter, it's covered in silver, and there is snow everywhere to ski.
