2. Buy fresh quail eggs and wash them for use.
3. Clean the mold.
4. Wipe off the moisture on the mold and brush a layer of cooking oil with a brush.
5. Quail eggs are opened and punched into molds, one in each mold.
6. Sprinkle some salt on quail eggs. Some eggs can be sprinkled with appropriate amount of pepper and some shredded seaweed.
7. Put the mold on the gas stove and heat it slowly.
8. When you see that the quail egg bulges out half, poke it with a toothpick until the quail egg is cooked.
9. Baked quail eggs are demoulded and put on a plate, and you can squeeze your favorite sauce.
