1922 12 10 According to the Sino-Japanese Cold Case Reconciliation Treaty and its detailed agreement, the Japanese government recovered Qingdao's sovereignty. After the First World War, the people of China waged a continuous struggle to recover Qingdao, and the May 4th Movement took "Give me back Qingdao" as the slogan. 1922 On February 4th, China and Japan signed the Shandong Cold Case Settlement Treaty and the attached agreement. After five months of negotiations, the Shandong Outstanding Case Agreement was signed on 1922 12 1, and China paid a huge sum of money to redeem Qingdao sovereignty and Ji Jiao Railway. 1922 12 10, the handover ceremony between China and Japan was held in Qingdao, and China officially recovered the sovereignty of Qingdao. The handover ceremony of Qingdao was held in front of Jiaoao Supervision Office. Governor Wang of Shandong Province, Governor of Jiaoao Commercial Port and Commander of Qingdao in Japanese Army held a ceremony. Before the ceremony, representatives of China and Japan reached a final agreement on the handover in the supervision room. According to the resolution of the Washington Conference on handling the Shandong issue, the Beijing government appointed Wang as the aftermath of the "Lu case" and formed a Sino-Japanese joint committee with Japanese member Xiaoyouyouji to solve the Shandong issue.
