Eighty-eight medical stations have been set up in Beijing and Yanqing Division to provide on-site medical treatment and triage for the wounded and sick. A total of 1 140 medical backbones were transferred from 17 designated hospitals and 2 pre-hospital emergency institutions as medical support personnel in the venues, with 457 hospital-level reserve forces. Select 120 medical staff from12 tertiary hospitals to form a municipal reserve team, and equip the venue with 74 ambulances.
The patients involved in the Winter Olympics are divided into five categories: confirmed and suspected patients in COVID-19, patients with fever symptoms in the closed loop, patients with other fever symptoms in the closed loop, patients with fever symptoms outside the closed loop and other patients outside the closed loop. Adjust and optimize the admission tasks of designated hospitals, and 18 designated hospitals implement accurate classification admission to avoid streamline crossing of patients with different risks. After the competition, 1 188 medical staff and 840 in-hospital experts will be transferred from designated hospitals to provide timely and efficient medical services. At the same time, 60 municipal experts and 10 academicians were prepared to give high-level technical support.
