On August 24th, 20021year, the China-Africa Internet Development and Cooperation Forum was held online with the theme of "* * strives for development, * * enjoys security, and works together to build a shared destiny in cyberspace". China took the initiative to cooperate with Africa to formulate and implement the China-Africa Community of Destiny Plan.
