Our party building work should keep pace with the times in working ideas and methods, and make appropriate adjustments and improvements to match the modern system. It needs to be clear in concept that the Party's leadership in state-owned enterprises is mainly political leadership, ideological leadership and organizational leadership, and it is mainly service and coordination in economic work, and its political core role should be measured by economic growth performance. Therefore, our party organization should not only continue some of our current practices, but also improve and innovate its own shortcomings and weak links. First, in terms of guiding ideology, we should change from simply grasping party building by political means to focusing on economic benefits. Second, in terms of working ideas, we should change from the traditional economic era of equal arrangement and command to reality, actively focus on the difficulties in reform, development and management, and identify the combination point of party building and ideological and political work; Third, the content of education in party member should be changed from a single education indoctrination to an all-round education that integrates politics, economy, management and culture to improve the overall quality of employees; Fourth, in the way of activities in party member, we should change from large-scale activities accustomed to centralization to small, flexible and diverse activities, especially to increase the intensity of inner-party activities around production and operation; Fifth, in terms of activity time, we should change from full-time activities to amateur activities, occupy less or no working hours, and be short and realistic; Sixth, from the simple economic target assessment to the comprehensive assessment of party building, economy and other indicators, so that party building and economic standards are tied together, so that party building and ideological and political work serve economic work, improve efficiency, pursue profit maximization, and follow management laws.
