Built in 1947, 12, 14, 1955, 14, it was renamed Santiago Bernabeu Stadium in memory of former Real Madrid club president Santiago Bernabeu.
The Bernabeu Stadium has hosted the Champions League finals of 1957, 1969, 1980, 20 10, the Spanish European Cup finals of 1964 and the World Cup finals of 1982.
The Bernabeu Stadium has undergone three large-scale renovations and can now accommodate 80,000 people.
