What does Quanzhou Ten Dragons and Nine Children mean?
Quanzhou Ten Dragons and Nine Children is a cultural project in Quanzhou. This project combines the ancient legend of "the dragon gave birth to nine sons" and produced nine artistic installations with different shapes, corresponding to the eldest son, the second son and the third son of the dragon respectively. These nine art installations are located in different places, and each one has its unique significance and position. For example, prison bull symbolizes "everyone is beautiful", Yazi symbolizes majesty and nobility, and ridicule symbolizes "everyone is safe". The purpose of this project is to present a series of New Year celebrations for the general public and tourists at home and abroad during the Spring Festival in the Year of the Loong, and to create an ar experience activity called "Looking for the Dragon to Punch the Card" by combining Internet technology.
