For more than a year, I have insisted on three meals a day. A year has passed, and the kitchen is the Dojo of practice for me. Cooking and getting along with all kinds of ingredients have become the most reassuring practice.
The kitchen is the most smoky place in the house. No matter what difficulties you encounter in life, a hot meal can heal your soul.
The children are used to eating my cooking, and they also like eating my cooking. Many years later, when they grow up and leave home, there will always be a moment when they think of the delicious food cooked by their mother. I still remember the meal my mother cooked for me on the eve of the college entrance examination. Although there is no big fish and big meat, it has aroused my enthusiasm.
Ingredients are also alive, and their mission is to nourish our bodies. Children should be taught to be grateful for food, and to be grateful for food given by nature.
I will take the children to cook together and tell them how food grows. Tell them how to cook delicious meals. Let children feel that food is hard-won, and they will naturally cherish it and will not waste it.
Learning to cook is a necessary skill for a person to live independently. When you are unhappy, make yourself a meal to warm up.
