Sound insulation treatment of workshop equipment
Noise control of production enterprises, production workshops and equipment should be considered from the following aspects:
1. Foundation excavation: during foundation excavation, vibration isolation shall be carried out. For example, a quakeproof trench with a depth of 1.5 m and a width of 0.3 m is usually dug around the foundation. Rubber damping pads can be installed above the damping layer in the groove, and other necessary treatments can be carried out on the rubber damping pads. Finally, the anti-vibration ditch is leveled with the ground with steel plates.
2. Equipment installation: shock absorption design is required when installing equipment, and vibration isolation and shock absorption measures are taken at the bottom of the equipment. According to the weight and vibration frequency of the equipment, the shock absorption treatment is designed. Commonly used shock absorption products include shock absorption rubber, spring shock absorber, rubber shock absorption pad, shock absorption platform and so on. According to the connection mode of seismic source and supporting seismic source, vibration reduction/isolation methods can be divided into active vibration reduction and passive vibration reduction. According to different forms of vibration, solid vibration isolation and damping vibration reduction can be used to control it. The selection of damping materials should be based on actual working conditions, such as ambient temperature, source amplitude, weight, stiffness, vibration frequency, etc. After professional analysis, the technical scheme of shock absorption is formulated and the correct shock absorption products are selected.
3. Factory building: Under the condition of ensuring the rationality of the infrastructure layout of the production workshop, the computer room/factory building should be provided with sound absorption/sound insulation layers, sealed sound insulation doors and windows, and the factory building should not be arranged in places with precision equipment requiring earthquake prevention. Minimize the impact of noise and vibration on the surrounding environment. According to different noise sources, corresponding sound insulation and noise reduction measures are taken, and the walls and tops around the workshop are treated with sound absorption and sound insulation. Through sound insulation, sound absorption and noise elimination, the noise impact of the workshop on the outside world is reduced. However, some workshops will generate a lot of heat in the production process, so it is necessary to solve the problem of ventilation and heat dissipation in the workshops. Therefore, muffler can be designed for ventilation system. For example, the use of chip muffler, impedance muffler, folded plate ventilation muffler and honeycomb intake muffler can effectively solve the problem of ventilation and heat dissipation in the factory building. In addition, when installing ventilation equipment, it is necessary to install damping devices to achieve more ideal noise elimination effect. Using shock absorption and sound insulation devices at the top and around the factory building and hanging sound absorbers if possible can control noise more effectively. Combined with the application of damping, shock absorption and noise reduction components, the distance attenuation of noise propagation through the sound insulation wall of the factory building is improved.
4. Installation of sound insulation cover for equipment: For mechanical equipment with main noise sources, it is necessary to install sound insulation cover to reduce the noise radiation of noise sources, which can make other noise control measures play a greater role, thus improving the overall sound insulation and noise reduction effect. The sound insulation cover is a kind of sound insulation device, which is made of sound insulation/sound absorption/shock absorption materials, and is used to block noise sources (mechanical equipment that produces noise) in a certain space and reduce the spread of noise. Sound insulation covers are widely used, which can be used for fans, pumps, motors, air compressors, welding machines, shredders, punches, lathes and other mechanical equipment. Its main design principle is to effectively control the noise source from the propagation path of sound waves. Due to the different requirements of sound source equipment for sound source type, overall size, ventilation and heat dissipation, it is necessary to conduct on-site investigation, analysis, design scheme, and manufacture sound insulation cover.
To formulate the comprehensive noise control scheme of production workshop, it is necessary to combine the actual situation on site, and it is best to consider noise control before equipment selection and installation and workshop construction. In this way, the economic cost of noise reduction in the workshop can be reduced, the construction is convenient, and good noise control effect can be achieved.
