He has ten volumes of White Lotus Collection and one volume of coquettish case-pointing poetry, which has been handed down to later generations. The Complete Tang Poetry contains more than 800 poems, ranking fifth after Bai Juyi, Du Fu, Li Bai and Yuan Zhen. Students in Miracle collected 809 poems in the Collection of Bai Lianhua published in western languages, which were engraved in 938 AD (the third year of Jin Tianfu), only 70 years later than the earliest edition of Diamond Sutra in Tang Dynasty. Therefore, it is the earliest block-printed version of Hunan literati's poetry collection known so far.
