Direct promotion class, also called innovation class, is the key class of the school. The teachers and teaching efforts of key classes are different from those of middle schools, but stronger than those of middle schools.

Zhengzhou Middle School 1997 was established in September. It is a public boarding complete middle school invested and built by Zhengzhou Municipal Government and Zhengzhou High-tech Zone Management Committee.
