This is the right and obligation of the loss prevention personnel.
Third, seriously study the loss prevention management process and create a new situation in loss prevention work.
Loss prevention management is not a problem that can be solved by a slogan, but a directional, practical, procedural and purposeful management model. This is a down-to-earth work. What can be done to achieve the desired results? Personally, I think: in a short time, all the loss prevention players should be further comprehensively and deeply trained, and the training method should be carried out according to the following requirements: 1.
