I. General requirements

Second, the classification method
According to the three categories of "recyclable garbage, toxic harmful waste and other garbage", a category of "kitchen waste" is added to the unit canteen. Specific classification requirements are as follows:

(2) Toxic and hazardous waste. Refers to the garbage that contains toxic and harmful substances and needs special safety treatment. Mainly includes waste batteries (cadmium nickel batteries, mercury oxide batteries, lead batteries, etc.). ), waste fluorescent tubes (fluorescent tubes, energy-saving lamps, etc. ), waste thermometers, waste sphygmomanometers, waste drugs and their packaging, waste paints, solvents and their packaging.
(3) kitchen waste. Refers to the organic perishable garbage produced by the unit canteen, mainly including leftovers, bones, roots, leaves, peels and so on.
(4) Other garbage. Refers to other domestic wastes except recyclables, kitchen waste and toxic harmful waste. It mainly includes non-recyclable garbage such as polluted and non-renewable paper, polluted or other non-recyclable glass, plastic bags, plastic products, waste ceramics, feminine hygiene products, disposable tableware, cigarette butts, peels and shells.

2. Floor allocation standard: Each unit can allocate a set of recyclable and toxic harmful waste garbage sorting containers in the bathroom, tea room and other spaces on each floor according to actual needs, which is convenient for the collection of recyclable garbage generated by each office and the classified release of toxic harmful waste garbage by staff.
3. Configuration standard of canteen: All units should set garbage containers such as kitchen waste in the canteen, and it is forbidden to mix kitchen waste with other garbage.
4. Allocation standard of garbage collection points: each unit should set one or more domestic garbage collection points according to actual needs, so as to facilitate classified collection by sanitation operation units. The collection point shall be equipped with 1 set of garbage sorting kiosks (including garbage collection containers such as recyclables and toxic and hazardous wastes); Centralized office units can set up larger garbage collection points according to actual needs.
5. Classification container color and identification standard. Container color: recyclable containers are blue, toxic harmful waste is red, other garbage is gray or green, and kitchen waste is black. The container shall be marked according to the Classification Mark of Domestic Waste (GB/T 19095-2008).
Recyclable materials, toxic and hazardous wastes and other garbage collected by each unit shall be collected and transported regularly by the environmental sanitation department under its jurisdiction. Recyclable materials are sent to the recycling point of renewable resources, toxic and harmful wastes are sent to the place designated by the environmental protection department, and kitchen waste is collected and transported to the kitchen waste treatment plant by the franchise company.

(1) Classification of garbage. Rural garbage can be divided into domestic garbage and other garbage. 1. Recyclable garbage (non-perishable): mainly includes waste paper, plastic products, metal products, glass products, foam products, worn-out clothes, plastic bags, packaging bags, waste electronic products, waste lamps, waste daily chemical products and other wastes suitable for recycling and resource utilization.
2. Non-recyclable garbage (perishable): mainly including kitchen waste, leftovers, vegetables and fruits, viscera of livestock and poultry products, carrion, snack leftovers, eggshells and other perishable garbage.
3. Sandy soil, coal ash in winter and construction waste: refers to the sandy soil cleaned daily in roads, homes and courtyards, coal ash generated by heating in winter and construction waste, etc. This kind of garbage is forbidden to be mixed with domestic garbage and needs to be treated separately.
4. Agricultural garbage: mainly refers to the garbage generated in the process of agricultural production, agricultural product processing and livestock and poultry breeding, such as straw, tail vegetables, livestock and poultry manure, etc. It is strictly forbidden to mix domestic garbage, which needs to be treated or utilized separately.
(2) Garbage classification and collection methods.
1. Farmers preliminarily classify garbage according to whether it can rot or not and put it into designated areas. On the basis of farmers' classified collection, the cleaners further subdivide the collection and transport it to the garbage transfer station or deal with it according to the rules and regulations.
2. Comprehensive utilization of sand, winter coal ash and construction waste. Villages set up centralized stacking points or disposal sites for fly ash construction waste to collect garbage, and reuse or centrally treat the garbage.
Fourth, safeguard measures.
