1. Weigh 53-56g of alkali with an electronic scale and put it into the bottle, and pour 180cc distilled water into the bottle;

4. Tighten the bottle cap with holes, and let the alkaline water flow into the olive oil slowly and carefully. When finished, leave the eggbeater inside and seal it with plastic wrap.
