Before I met the book "To Conscience", I read many books about spiritual growth and participated in various courses in order to improve myself spiritually. After several years, my knowledge and skills have been expanded, but there is no substantive breakthrough in my thoughts.
In June, I came into contact with Yangming's mind, joined the study group of conscience, and began to read books of conscience. Reflecting on my previous experience of reading to conscience, my mental journey is also full of twists and turns.
It was definitely love at first sight. Intensive reading, quoting the famous aphorisms of Yangming's predecessors; Always talk about "unity of knowledge and action" and "no good and no evil"; The intention is good; Deliberately writing and sharing in exaggerated language ... Later, because learning did not really become a heart gain, it entered a period of exhaustion or black barrier. At this time, my state is self-reproach and inferiority at home, and I am weak in progress; Externally, it is complaining and criticizing, and many people are wrong. This experience made me hesitate and feel very painful. Thanks to the teacher's relatives for their persistence and encouragement and blessing, and let me out of the predicament.
Now after reading To Conscience, I can finally understand some teachers' words: "Be proud of all kinds of sins." "Modesty is a good medicine. Not only is the appearance inferior, but also the heart needs to be respectful, and self-defeating is common. Really can be wronged. " Rereading The Dogma of Showing Life in Longchang, we can see that the core of "the duty to be kind" is based on "knowing people's love", "making it beautiful" as the side and "starting from me" as the starting point; Rereading Xu Rupei's book, I can understand why Mr. Yangming will teach Xu Rupei such a disciple who regards himself as a gentleman and others as villains without words. I also deeply see that I actually understand it on the surface, but I can't do it myself; People who are convinced and don't help others, "forget their own difficulties and blame others quickly"! Re-reading Huang's records, I have a deeper understanding of "one stick, one scar, one slap and one palm of blood". If I refuse to put my hand in the deepest and most painful place, my conscience will always be a slogan and a false lie.
I began to have some consciousness. For example, when I want to talk about proving that I am not bad, I will think of the teachings of Yang Ming's predecessors, "Don't have other skills, take a break and be tolerant"; Just as I was about to say an exaggerated word to prove my point, the teacher's "sincere fear" teaching came out of my heart; When I couldn't help showing my knowledge, the teacher's "Learn from me, don't be smart, be modest" made me swallow what I didn't say. ...
As I read more and more, I firmly believe in the "faith" and the life goal of "my heart is bright" of Yang Ming's predecessors. At the same time, I also see more deeply that I still have many habits and obstacles. At this time, I had a clearer understanding of myself. Not only did I not let myself be discouraged and powerless, but unconsciously, those who were originally stubborn and aggressive, as well as those who sought to climb a good name outside, began to loosen quietly. I can feel my heart softening and my gratitude to my family and friends rising. People around me have really felt the change of my strong-willed person.
At this moment, my heart is full of gratitude! Grateful teacher brought me to Yangming! Thanks to Yangming for pointing out "to conscience", such a broad road to happiness and a bright life! Thanks to my family and friends, you are all distinguished people in my life!

In the Tao Te Ching, Lao Tzu said that the sage does nothing, teaches without words, teaches without words, and gains by doing nothing, which is what the world hopes. It means that only you can always follow the law impartially and make it work, which is far more beneficial and effective than teaching and forcing others. Nothing in the world can compare with it.
Confucius said: it is tacit, but it is not true, it is virtue. He also said: if you give a good gift, the people will not dare to be disrespectful; If you are just, then the people dare not refuse; If you keep the letter, people will not dare to be heartless. The sage said that relying on morality and deeds is more important than words and deeds.
Mr. Yangming has profound attainments in education. You can't teach it if you don't talk. In Xu Rupei's Volume, some scholars' questions and queries are either asked without answering or just statements of disapproval, while Xu Rupei's introspection is only a reply, but the silence is long. Therefore, Xu Rupei was amazed and felt that Mr. Wang's unspoken teaching was a matter of listening, and it was shocking. Careless and frivolous, I was lost for a while.
As an entrepreneur, how to practice teaching without words?
The first is self-cultivation, self-cultivation and honesty, and setting an example. As "University" said: If you want to govern the country, you should first put your family in order; if you want to cultivate yourself, you should first straighten your heart; if you want to straighten your heart, you should be sincere and sincere to the prophet. It is upright and does not command; His body is not straight, although he disobeys. Only by selfless dedication, taking employees' interests into account and empathizing with their happiness and pain, employees can unite as one with entrepreneurs and enterprises, and Qixin can join hands.
Secondly, actions speak louder than words, words are consistent with deeds, and actions will bear fruit. A lot of rules and regulations and a hundred slogans can't form a corporate culture. An enterprise that only takes supervision, rewards and punishments as its governance means will not be a polite, benevolent and honest enterprise in the mouth of employees. The character and virtue of an entrepreneur is the best example for employees, and the example is also the highest realm of education!
Teaching by example is more important than teaching by example. An employee who works hard in an enterprise should not only get salary, respect and happiness, but also get spiritual growth and professional skills growth. Only operators with educator thinking can really cultivate and support their growth, thus driving the growth of enterprises.
Teaching without words will create more operators and make enterprises develop better. Why not?
The book "Xu Rupei's Thoughts after Reading" was written in the same year as the book "Sending Old Books to Yangjia 'an Pavilion" shared before. At that time, Mr. Yangming was at home because of his father's death, but he also gave lectures everywhere, with many students. This article is not a letter, but a story about him and his student Xu Rupei (Xu Shan). At that time, the imperial court and Nangong counselors criticized Zhu Yangming's theory of mind as heresy. Shan Xu, Mr. Yangming's favorite pupil, took the exam in Nangong (i.e. Jinshi exam), and left without answering because he was dissatisfied with the fact that the exam topic "Ce Wen" contained "Yin belittled the master's learning" (i.e. implied the slander of Yangming's mind). He thinks that Wang X's mind is simple and broad, his words are "really bright" and his heart is "benevolent". When a master told Mr. Yangming about Xu Shan's actions, Wang X Ming did not show appreciation, but was "gloomy and unhappy", "silent should not be" and "silent for a long time". These actions made Xu Shan deeply introspect and realized that her practice was wrong. He said: "I didn't see the master at first, so I heard about the master's knowledge and slandered it without ridicule." When I saw the master and heard the instruction of conscience, I suddenly realized that I was awake, and my innate sense of harmony began to regret. If I am not as good as the master, I will die several times. Although I am very clear today, I can't tell myself; I believe it very much, but I can't benefit everyone. ""Why forget your own difficulties and blame others for their quickness "; The master dares to laugh and slander the world, but he is afraid of being bad, while I, on the other hand, can't push my luck. "
The main meaning of this passage is that when Xu Shan realized that she was not taught face to face by Mr. Yang Ming, she also denigrated Yang Ming's mind, and later she was taught to her conscience by Mr. Yang Ming herself, and then she suddenly realized. Although I have a deep understanding of Yangming's mind, I have failed to make a difference in the unity of knowledge and action. I believe in Yangming's mind, but I can't convince others. I forgot that I was confused at the beginning, and now I only blame others. Mr. Yangming was ridiculed and vilified by the whole world, but he was still calm and easy to teach, but I was the opposite. I am happy at the moment, and the gap with my husband is really big! So he said from the bottom of his heart, "I was taught by the master yesterday. The master didn't say anything, but he listened attentively. I was surprised at first sight."
Mr. Yangming's tolerance for attacking and slandering is exactly the same as what Laozi said in the Tao Te Ching: "To be a saint without cutting, to be honest without embarrassment, to be straight without arrogance, and to be glorious without glory". He didn't mention anything about Xu Shan's behavior, but he made students reflect deeply with "teaching without words", which fully showed his wisdom and realm. Mr. Yangming's tolerant attitude, calmness, optimism and open-mindedness towards many people in the imperial court and the people profoundly reflected Mr. Yangming's psychological pattern and promoted the development of psychology. This article makes us appreciate Mr. Yang Ming's wisdom, mind, realm, self-restraint and pattern again, which is amazing.
