For limb fractures, splints, wooden sticks and bamboo poles can be used to fix the upper and lower joints of the broken bones. If there is no fixture, the injured upper limb can be tied to the chest, and the injured lower limb and the healthy limb can be tied together to avoid the movement of the fracture site, so as to relieve the pain and prevent the injury from getting worse.

Open fracture bleeding should be stopped first, then fixed, covered with clean cloth or gauze, and then sent to hospital for treatment. Don't push the exposed broken bone back into the wound. If the fracture end has slipped back to the wound by itself when dressing the wound, you must explain it to the competent doctor after you get to the hospital to attract attention.

For lumbar fracture, the injured person should lie flat on a hard wooden board (or door panel) and fix the lumbar trunk and lower limbs together to prevent paralysis.
