Government New District: Hefei Government Cultural New District is located in the southwest of the main urban area of Hefei, the provincial capital, with Jinzhai Road elevated in the east and Hefei High-tech Industrial Development Zone and Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone in the west. The planned area is 12.67 square kilometers, and the existing permanent urban population is about 654.38+million. It is an important part of the main urban area in Hefei's "14 1" urban spatial development strategy, and it is also unique in integrating the functions of administration, culture, education, sports, finance, commerce, tourism, vacation and residence and leisure. In recent years, the new administrative cultural district has successively won the "Model Award of Human Settlements in Anhui Province" and "Model Award of Human Settlements in China", and the key projects in the district such as Hefei Government Affairs Center, Hefei Sports Center and Hefei Grand Theatre have been successively rated as "garden-style units", and the regional greening project is expected to win the honor of "Model County (city, district) of Anhui Province for greening".

Shushan District: Shushan District is located in the southwest of Hefei, bounded by Jinzhai Road and Baohe District in the east, Huancheng West Road, Nanfeihe Road and Luyang District in the north, and Feixi County in the southwest. The total area is 246.83 square kilometers and the total population is 600,000 (2007). There are Huancheng Park, Amber Lake Tourist Resort and Xishan Scenic Area in the east, Huizhou Garden, Pearl Square and European Style Street in the south, Shushan Forest Park, Wildlife Park and Swan Lake in the west, Dongpu Reservoir, Hefei Botanical Garden and Jianghuai Style Garden in the north. Wuli Hong Fei, Shushan Xiao Chun, Huancheng Emerald Amber Streamer, Swan Lake, Shushan Range Rover and Science Green Island were selected as "Ten Scenes of Hefei" and "New Ten Scenes of Hefei" respectively.
