Suhomlinski said: "The world around students is the source of vivid thoughts and an inexhaustible treasure house." [1] Class culture is an important "hidden course" in schools and an important condition for promoting children's healthy growth. Class culture advocates correct value orientation, healthy aesthetic taste and excellent personality quality, and forms an inspiring educational situation, which will undoubtedly convey the positive energy of the class and inspire students to work hard, study hard, love life and cherish time.
The classroom should be a warm, cordial and warm home created by teachers and students with painstaking efforts and friendship. As soon as the students entered the classroom, they returned to their mother's arms like a wanderer. The guiding ideology of class culture construction in our class is to create a good class learning environment, promote the healthy development of students' body and mind, make the class full of vitality, full of high-spirited and enterprising cultural atmosphere, and make the class a warm home for every student. We will strive to create a clean, bright and warm classroom environment, enrich students' campus cultural life, nourish the soul, inspire temperament and cultivate sentiment with culture. ...
According to the guiding ideology that class culture should be stimulating and guiding, I mainly start from the following aspects:
First, create class characteristics and cultivate a harmonious and upward class spirit.
(A) to create a class cultural environment
Class training is the driving force to lead students to understand the true meaning of life, cultivate personal accomplishment, self-confidence and self-discipline, and is also the external representation of the maturity of class culture. Class training meeting to meet students' psychological needs will exert a subtle influence on students' healthy growth and harmonious development.
John dewey, a famous American philosopher and educator, said: "The ultimate goal of all education is to form personality". Therefore, this class posted a class name card on the outer wall of the classroom, which included: class name: money goes to Zhao Hui, class training: diligence is virtue [2], and posted a class slogan on both sides of the classroom: "The top of Mount Tai succumbs to the feet of the strong, and thorns bow to the brave" and made a profound interpretation.
Class slogan [3] is a concise and inspiring statement to achieve class goals. It has many functions such as guidance, encouragement and standardization. The class slogan of this class is "believe in yourself and keep surpassing!" Challenge yourself and pursue Excellence. "
(2) Let the walls of the classroom speak.
1. On the right side of the blackboard in front of the classroom is written "Do a good deed every day", including students' names and deeds. Students are required to "be good and small, and be evil and small", so that students can start from the small things around them and start from themselves, and establish the moral concept of "having others in mind and collective in mind".
2. There are four small blackboards in the classroom: two columns on the left set up "You and I agree" to show the names and deeds of the weekly stars of the class (learning star, morning reading star, civilization star, discipline star, reading star, progress star, sports star and labor star). The contents of the two blackboards on the right are changed regularly, and the columns are set as "Learning Garden", "Key Review", "Class Achievement" and "Student Award".
3. On the blackboard at the back of the classroom, a column called "Shuxiang Garden" is set up to show students' various works, including students' excellent works, poems, calligraphy, telling their growing troubles, creative handicrafts and paintings. Each issue can show a funny and pleasant theme name, which can be "Mo Xiang", "Qiao Qiao Hand", "From the Heart" and "Wonderful Pen Makes Flowers". The layout has its own characteristics, each showing its abilities, which explains the children's happiness and self-confidence, and also provides a stage and opportunity for children to show their elegance and ability.
(3) Characteristic design and planning
There is a book corner at the back of the classroom, which is called "Expo Park". There are books provided by the school for children on the bookshelf. Outside the bookshelf, our reading slogan is "My mind is full of poems and books" to encourage children to read widely and increase their knowledge. "Expo Park" has a special librarian, which is convenient for students to borrow at any time.
Flowers are placed on the indoor windowsill, so that students can cultivate their interests, exercise their abilities and experience success through voluntary participation and self-management. At the same time, students can be in this garden-like classroom, not only can they see green everywhere, smell the flowers all the time, feel fresh, but also be influenced by beauty and civilized education.
Second, build institutional culture and standardize behavior habits.
The class system culture in material culture is a culture which is embodied in the school rules and regulations and has a normative effect on the work, study, life and behavior of teachers and students. This culture has the function of integrating and standardizing the words and deeds of teachers and students. When the words and deeds of teachers and students do not meet the requirements of the system norms, they will adjust and integrate themselves to meet the requirements of the system norms. Therefore, strengthening the construction of institutional culture is conducive to the self-discipline of students' behavior habits.
(1) School rules and class rules are all made by everyone.
In order to further implement the cultivation of students' regular habits, our class first conducted a survey of "uncivilized behavior in my eyes" among students, asking students to write their own opinions and suggestions; Secondly, classify the collected data and make a daily routine of 60 questions. The purpose is to let students have a rational thinking and perceptual understanding of the development of some routine habits in life by asking questions and put them into action. The routine of sixty questions a day is divided into three parts. That is, (1) the habit that should be formed before getting up early for school. Do you have breakfast every day? Can you say "goodbye" to your family before going to school? Can you observe traffic safety on your way to school? Can I take the initiative to bring my shoes in case of rain and snow? ...... (2) school routine form, ***3 1. For example, when I meet my teacher for the first time in the morning, can I ask "good morning"? After entering the classroom, can you consciously do morning reading? Can you sit down and wait for the teacher to come to class immediately after the bell rings? After class, can you take the initiative to pick up the garbage around the seat? After class, can you pass on the right side of the corridor? Can I take the initiative to flush after going to the toilet? Can you tighten the tap to save water after washing your hands? If anyone is found to have damaged the school property, can you report it to the school in time? When you are waiting in line for lunch, can you not cut in line? When eating at noon, can you cherish food without leftovers? (3) Formation of routine habits at home, *** 14. For example, when you come home from school to see your parents, you can take the initiative to say "I am back" to your parents; Can I get into the habit of washing my hands after putting down my schoolbag? Do you still watch TV when you do your homework? Mom cooks, can you help me pick vegetables and wash them? Can you learn to cook some special dishes? Can you help serve rice, vegetables and bowls when eating? Can you help mom clean up the dishes? Can you help mom mop the floor? ... students make "personal action plan" and "class action plan" on the basis of comprehensive study. Because the students made it themselves, they were not only familiar with the content and understood the connotation, but also received a profound education in the process of making it.
(2) Check and guide the two combinations.
Pupils' self-discipline is generally poor due to their age characteristics, and their moral development has the characteristics from heteronomy to self-discipline Therefore, someone needs to constantly check and remind them. To this end, our class set up a demonstration and guidance group for campus behavior. Every month, the stars of class behavior demonstration are selected by each group to check and guide students' behavior habits, and get in touch with teachers in time to feedback the implementation, so that "60 questions a day" can be implemented.
(C) standardized synchronization line between teachers and students
The formation of primary school students' code of conduct is based on the image of the people he contacts or the mass media and imitates it, gradually forming a behavioral stereotype. Because of the special position of teachers in students' minds, teachers have become the most frequent, direct and trusted imitation objects of students. Therefore, when we grasp the students' code of conduct, we should take "being a model" as the core and grasp the education of teachers' code of conduct. The system of Teachers' Code of Conduct has been formulated, which clearly stipulates that teachers should do what students are required to do, and teachers should not do what students are required not to do. Teachers should use their correct words and deeds to influence students and give them an example and demonstration. For example, students are required to enter the classroom on time two minutes before class, and teachers should stand at the door of the classroom on time; Students are required to do their homework carefully, and teachers should write on the blackboard and correct their homework clearly and regularly; Students are required to wear school uniforms and behave in a civilized manner, and so are teachers. They shouldn't wear strange clothes, talk politely and behave appropriately. ...
Teachers should edify students with their own good behavior norms. Like spring rain, it sneaks in with the wind and moistens things silently. At the same time, students' behavior norms also affect teachers. Therefore, the norms of teachers and students are synchronized and play a role in learning from each other.
Third, enrich class activities and create a positive and healthy atmosphere.
(a) to carry out cultural and sports activities to enhance the centripetal force of the class collective.
The construction of class culture needs to be promoted through activities. Only by regularly carrying out activities with class characteristics can the class system be implemented and the cohesion of the class and the vitality of students be formed. This class takes the large-scale activities organized by the school as an opportunity, gives full play to the leading role of the class Committee, and tries its best to enhance the centripetal force of the class collective. In order to successfully participate in the broadcast gymnastics competition and win glory for the class, all the students in our class use the time of physical education class, recess and extracurricular activities to train hard before the game, and strive to reach the standard in every movement and every eye. Design distinctive entry and exit methods, uniform formation and queue, and strive for perfection in gymnastics movements. Finally, the class won the first place in the grade. In addition, the class also further enhances the friendship between students and strengthens the cohesion of the class through activities such as classic reading and class tug-of-war competition.
(two) to carry out various forms of theme class meetings, exercise ability and raise awareness.
1, according to students' ideological trends, establish and plan the theme of the class meeting.
The educational purpose of the theme class meeting can be roughly divided into the following categories: (1) education on ideological views, political stance and, above all, quality, such as education on students' life ideals, national conditions and patriotism; (2) education to correct learning objectives and attitudes, such as education for students who love science and oppose superstition, and education for learning to revitalize China; (3) create "three good" and contribution education, such as "three good" and "five stresses and four beauties" education for students, and love collective education, labor and contribution education. When establishing and planning the theme class meeting, we must be clear-headed, know what ideological problems to mainly solve, how to run through education, achieve educational goals and improve students' understanding. Only in this way can the theme class meeting be effective and not become a mere formality.
2, according to the physical and mental characteristics of primary and secondary school students, choose appropriate organizational forms and implement them.
Not stick to one pattern, take a variety of activities to hold a good theme class meeting, in addition to having a good theme, but also pay attention to the diversity and vividness of forms. Primary school theme class meetings can take the following forms: (1) cultural performances (self-written and self-performed sketches, sitcoms); (2) speeches and competitions; (3) debate; (4) Poetry recitation; (5) Classic reading ...
Class meetings are rich and colorful, and we can't engage in rigid models. Only diversification can adapt to the characteristics of primary school students. Mobilize their enthusiasm, make them receive education and exercise, thus affecting the formation of students' outlook on life, the enlightenment of wisdom and the choice of life path.
In the construction of class culture, our class optimizes the moral education environment, enhances the effectiveness of educating people, and puts students in a clean, tidy and beautiful environment, and their behavior is naturally standardized; Being in an atmosphere of civilization, discipline, enterprising, unity and cooperation, harmony and happiness, I unconsciously developed a good moral character; Being exposed to vivid and rich activities, I can't help but cultivate my own ability and finally promote the formation of a good class spirit.
