Taekwondo spirit can be defined as two kinds, one is the state of further sublimation of body and mind obtained by practicing Taekwondo, and the other is the attitude or spiritual value obtained by practicing Taekwondo.
The spirit of Taekwondo experienced through practical practice can be analyzed from Taekwondo itself, but the spirit gained through Taekwondo practice has gone beyond the scope of Taekwondo itself. Therefore, the spirit of Taekwondo can also be understood as the consciousness of human idealism contained in Taekwondo practice.
In the category of Taekwondo, Taekwondo spirit is a term corresponding to the technique and body of Taekwondo. Taekwondo spirit is the fundamental will to cultivate Taekwondo technology, which provides a standard for Taekwondo practitioners' practical behavior.
The origin of Taekwondo:
Taekwondo originated in the Korean peninsula, evolved from Taekwondo and Hualang Road in the Three Kingdoms period in South Korea, and is a popular martial art in South Korea.
Before 1955, there was no word Taekwondo in Korea, and Korean martial arts were mainly karate, Tang Shoudao and a few folk Taekwondo heels. During the Japanese occupation, a large number of young Korean students went to Japan to study and received systematic karate training in Songtao Pavilion. After returning home, they began to set up Taoist halls to teach students.
After Japan's defeat, South Korea gained national independence, and a large number of karate gymnasiums and tangshoudao gymnasiums sprang up like mushrooms after rain. Early Korean karate communicators combined traditional martial arts taekwondo with karate, which was called Tang Shoudao. And the first batch of Korean Taoist temples appeared, which was the later Jiudaoguan.
