Jiangxi will vigorously implement the rural revitalization strategy and solidly promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. Adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas, promote the construction of a strong agricultural province, consolidate the basic plan of "improving the quality while maintaining stability", increase the inclined support for the key villages of "14th Five-Year Plan" 184 1 rural revitalization, and accelerate the construction of rural revitalization demonstration sites in the new era.

Agricultural modernization:

Standing at a new starting point, Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone will be built into the core area of national food security strategy, the production area of livestock and poultry owners, the demonstration area of eco-agriculture, the area driven by high-efficiency cash crops, the area for increasing farmers' income rapidly, and the experimental area for rural reform.

Enhance the supply guarantee capacity of important agricultural products. We will build 2.9 million mu of high-standard farmland, stabilize the sown area and output of grain, implement the policy of minimum purchase price of rice, improve the ability of purchasing and storage regulation, realize full coverage of rice full-cost insurance in 44 major grain-producing counties, and make contributions to ensuring national food security in Jiangxi.

Deepen the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure. We will promote the construction of pilot provinces in which the Ministry and the province jointly build green organic agricultural products bases, and implement green ecological agriculture upgrading projects. Accelerate the construction of agricultural modernization demonstration areas and popularize the model of small scientific research institutes.
