Today, we are all gathered together. On the one hand, we ask parents to know about your children's study and life in our garden. On the other hand, we take this opportunity to discuss the problem of early childhood education, so that children can grow up healthily and happily. Its purpose is to effectively supervise and improve the work of our park.

Based on the concept of "teacher-oriented, teacher-oriented", our garden strives to improve the overall quality of teachers, comprehensively carry out quality education for children, and promote the all-round development and personality development of children.

In order to further improve the level of running the park, our park has increased the training of teachers and improved their teaching and research ability and innovation ability. First of all, we make full use of kindergarten-based teaching resources and train teachers in kindergarten-based courses twice a month, that is, Putonghua training and computer training. Secondly, our garden adopts the way of inviting in and out, enriching learning forms and broadening teachers' horizons. In mid-March, we invited a lecturer from Beijing Six Plus One to give us a special lecture on etiquette education. In late March, we sent some teachers to Beijing to participate in the excellent course training sponsored by Beijing Normal University, and carried out demonstration class teaching in the whole park. Through attending classes, lectures and other links, the teaching and research level of teachers has been improved again.

The preschool education in our garden pays special attention to the cultivation of children's behavior habits. Specially set up etiquette education activity classes to educate children's etiquette character and lay a solid foundation for their growth and success; Teachers teach children to form correct postures such as sitting, standing, reading and writing, and to know numbers, shapes of objects, reading poems and telling stories.

Our garden advocates: let children learn in a relaxed and happy atmosphere, that is, learn in games. In order to fully implement the quality education of children, our garden keeps pace with the times, stipulating that children are not allowed to bring schoolbags into the garden, and teachers are not allowed to assign homework to children, effectively reducing the burden on children and giving them a happy and beautiful childhood. Children's language expression ability, communication ability, self-care ability, unity and cooperation ability have been substantially improved by carrying out various activity classes in our garden.

Parents and friends, the work of kindergarten is inseparable from the hard work of teachers and your support. The concept and goal of running the park are hung on the publicity column at the entrance of my park. Your support is very important to achieve this.

The child's body is taller and stronger, but does the child's mind grow with it? Is the child's personality more sunny and lovely? What are his behavior habits? How is he learning? Is his learning state in the best condition? Can he make progress in all aspects? Have you ever cared about this after your busy work? Do you spend time communicating with your children every day?

Cultivate children's good behavior habits and be a civilized person; Improve children's safety awareness and self-protection ability and be a healthy person; Cultivate children's studious spirit and be a diligent person; Expand children's horizons, enrich children's hearts and be a person who likes reading; Improve the child's personality, enhance the child's sentiment, and be a person who understands etiquette. Let every child be independent, capable, caring and graceful.
