The education departments (education committees) of all provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions are responsible for organizing and guiding the competition areas. Daguang Competition is a national-level college student competition with the largest scale, wide coverage of colleges and universities and a large number of teachers and students. From 2005 to 20021year, following the competition tenet of "promoting education reform, enlightening wisdom, strengthening ability and improving quality", the13 * *14 competition was successfully held, in which 1679 universities participated and more than one million students submitted their works.
Other requirements for submitting works.
Paper works are provided according to the requirements of the notice of the competition area, and the content of the submitted paper works must be consistent with that submitted online, otherwise it will be regarded as invalid works.
(1) Requirements for submitting works online
1. Participants register as members in official website, fill in the registration form, commitment letter and upload their works according to the prompts.
2. A work generates a number, and the work and CD submitted to the Division should be consistent with it.
3. Planning a case only needs to register online, and there is no need to upload the work.
(2) Submit paper and CD-ROM works
1. The registration form, paper works and CD (the file name in the CD should be entry number+serial number) should be handed over to the person in charge of the competition in the school, and the entry form should be stamped by the school.
2. The school is responsible for checking the entry forms, works, CDs and entry numbers submitted by the contestants, and filling in the statistics of colleges and universities; Submit the classification to the division.

1. Each competition area sorts out the entry forms and selected works by category, and submits relevant forms and CDs of the entries as required. Graphic works, submit the list of selected works, CD, and the number of the original entries; For film and television, animation and broadcasting, submit the CD-ROM and file directory; The entry number of the planned work is posted on the upper left corner of the back cover. And send it to the organizing Committee of the competition according to the specified time.
2. Each competition area must submit a paper version and an electronic version of the shortlist, the content of which is consistent with the student registration form, and the form style is provided by the competition organizing committee.
